Cake balls

My roommate's parents gave me two beautiful raised garden beds to start my farming dreams (more on that to come later), and in return I made these for them.

A-maz-ing! Red velvet and cream cheese frosting on the inside, dark chocolate on the outside.

I used this Red Velvet Cake recipe, and it was one of the best I've had.
